Are you a member of another Bowling Club?

I wish to apply to the Board of Directors of the Barmedman Bowling Club (the club) to become a FULL FINANCIAL MEMBER of the Club, subject to to Constitution of the Club, and all the Rules and By-Laws of the Club, and in accordance withthe Registered Clubs Act 1976.

In submitting this application I accept that I am being admitted to the Club as a Temporary Member and that I am hereby bound to the 'Constitution of the Club, and all Rules and By-Laws of the Club, and in accordance with the Registered Clubs Act 1976.

I understand that I will not become a member of the Club until the Club Secretary or General Manager advises me of my election to Membership.

Payment of Membership is to be paid at the club on receipt of your membership card to finalise the subscription.

Full Financial Membership $10.00 per annum
